Scope of Services. Through this Site, DKF Mobility Solutions markets and arranges Senior Transportation, Non-Medical Transportation, Wheelchair Transportation, Ambulatory Transportation, Medical Appointment Transportation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://seniortransportationcloquet.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DKF Mobility Solutions or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MN law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MN for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
